Objective:Based on cross-sectional investigation of female university students,this thesis analyzes the status quo of premenstrual syndrome and the influence factors for the premenstrual syndrome,such as grow environment,catamenia situation,personality characteristic,psychology, etc.Furthermore,we discuss the dangerous factor of the premenstrual syndrome,and provide a reference to establish the corresponding preventive health care in the clinic.At the same time,we confirm the main point of health education to strengthen health acceleration,psychological consultation and instruction for the female university students.Methods:Using the method of group sampling,the 1004 female university students are randomly extracted to carry on the cross-sectional investigation by the class as a unit,which is done by self-designing questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).According to medical history,clinical manifestation and gynecologic examination,the standard examined 983 by dividing into premenstrual syndrome group(patient group)and non-premenstrual syndrome group(control group),first carried on the present condition analysis of premenstrual syndrome and further carried on related single and multiple factors analysis.Results:The effective rate of investigation is 97.81%(the effective questionnaire is 983 among 1004),and the results are presented as below:(1)The incidence rate of premenstrual syndrome in the female university students is 55.65%(548/983)including the mild of 68.74%, the moderate of 24.13%and the severe of 7.13%.The incidence rate of impaired concentration, depression,emotion,anxiety,abdominal distention,diarrhea in various symptoms is high.(2) The difference of premenstrual syndrome between low-income group and high-income group is statistical significance;however,the difference,which is the incidence rate of premenstrual syndrome from urbanites is higher than that from countrymen,is not statistical significance.(3) The incidence rate of premenstrual syndrome from the patient group with longer menstrual period than control group,be afraid of menstrual onset,and dysmenorrhea,is high,the difference is statistical significance.Moreover,dysmenorrhea is the dangerous factor for premenstrual syndrome by multi-factor analysis.(4)The differences between regular and irregular diet pattern,adequate and inadequate sleep pattern,keep or not exercising pattern have statistical significances.(5)The differences between a warm and common schoolmate relationship pattern, and overloaded or not study pressure pattern,have statistical significances.(6)The SCL-90 analysis shows that somatization,sensitive interpersonal relation and depression factors of patient group are higher than those of control group,and it has statistical significance.(7)During the four dimensions scores of EPQ,the score of the patient group E is obviously lower than that of the control group,the score of the patient group N is higher than that of the control group,and the differences of E and N groups have statistical significances.(8)The multi-factor analysis shows that dysmenorrhea,emotion,anxiety and depression are dangerous factors for premenstrual syndrome.Conclusions:The incidence rate of premenstrual syndrome in the female university students approaches to 55.65%,however the mild is 68.74%.The proportion of mental symptom is higher than that of somatization.Dysmenorrhea,emotion,anxiety and depression are the main dangerous factors for premenstrual syndrome.
