Objective: Silk fibroin and chitosan has become more and morepopular in the field of biomaterial, The two kinds of material areinnocuity to human body and have satisfactory histocompatibility, gaspermeation and dankness. They are both the perfect material forbiological dressing and Artificial skin. The purpose of this experiment isthrough admix tensan silk fibroin and chitosan to make up for each other'sdeficiencies and change their property, get a new and satisfactoryartificial skin material. Get the method of the Tensan SilkFibroin-Chitosan Membranes' preparation.Methods: The Tensan Silk to get rid of sericin, to dissolve, tofilter and dialysis will get Tensan Silk Fibroin solution. The Chitosan addto acetic acid will get Chittosan solution. Drying the Tensan Silk Fibroinsolution and Chitosan solution will get the Tensan Silk Fibroin Membraneand Chitosan Membrane. The two solution mixed and drying after addsome cross-linking agent can get Tensan Silk Fibroin-ChitosanCommixed Membrane. Smear the Tensan Silk Fibroin solution on theChitosan Membrane will get Tensan Silk Fibroin-Chitosan CompoundMembrane after drying. And then detect the membranes' capability.Including four targets: water absorption rate, gas permeation rate,breakdown intensity, and dissolve rate.Results: (1) Manufacture the Tensan Silk Fibroin-ChitosanMembranes successfully. (2) Detect the Tensan Silk Fibroin Membrane,Chitosan Membrane, Tensan Silk Fibroin-Chitosan Commixed andCompound Membranes' capability: Gas permeation rate is 84.8 g/m~2h,70.8 g/m~2h, 82.1 g/m~2h, 72.4 g/m~2h; Water absorption rate is 25.5％,49.5％, 61.2％和56.5％; Breakdown intensity is 2.24Kg, 7.07 Kg, 8.64 Kg, 9.11Kg; Dissolve rate is 21.1%,15.5%,8.6%,10.5%.Conclusion: (1)The Tensan Silk Fibroin and Chitosan has goodcompatibility, the property of mixed liquor stabilized. (2)The membrane'swater absorption rate and gas permeation rate are both improvedprominently, the mechanical function has been enhanced too. All the datashow that the membrane's property has been improved successfully.(3)The Tensan Silk Fibroin and Chitosan can make up for each other'sdeficiencies and change their property. (4)The Commixed Membrane andCompound Membrane's property are better then Tensan Silk FibroinMembrane and Chitosan Membrane.
