Objective To observe the intervention effect of B.adolescentis on hypersensitivity typeⅠ.To supply some basic theory in treating allergic diseases.Methods 1.Experiment of big rat:1)rat peritoneal mast cells(RPMC)administrated with ovalbumin was prepared first.2)the allergic mast cells were divided into two groups.one group was orally administered by B.adolescentis,,and the other was given NS by the same regimen.We did the following experiments:(1)Toluidine blue was used to stain the cell models to observe the morphologic changes after treated with B.adolescentis.(2)The influence of B.adolescentis on histamine release from RPMC were examined by fluorescence spectrophotometer.(3)Immunohisto chemistry was used to stain 5-HT in the cell models of hypersensitivity typeⅠ.2.Experiment of little mouse:the experiment animal model of hypersensitivity typeⅠwas induced with ovalbumin.These animals were divided into two groups,the methods was same with experiment of big rat. 13 days later,we get blood from the animals,CD23 was observed.Results In experimental group and control group,B.adolescentis significantly inhibit the degradulation of RPMC(P<0.05)as compared with that in the control group, the inhibition ratio were respectively 42.52±2.94%and 90.89±1.47%,the express points of 5-HT were 285.7±12.85 and 197.6±11.37,the histamine were 1.09±0.01ng/ml and 1.30±0.06ng/ml,the percentage of CD23 were 17.71±2.47%and 27.44±2.49%.Conclusion It is suggested that B.adolescentis possesses an effect on hypersensitivity typeⅠ.Oral administration B.adolescentis could reduce the disease incidence of allergy.
