Gestation is a prosess that embryo and fetus develops in mother nuclide, anemie is not a kind of diagnosis, just a series of clinical manifestitation of different diseases. According to the report of WHO , hemoglobin concentration of normal pregnancy is 10g/L lower than non-pregnancy, it is regarded as anemie out of this range. In pregnancy period, hematological system will appearance a series of physiological and biochemical changes as other organs and systems, which is normal regulation mechanism, to plege regulation menstruation cycle and fetus development, but above changes may out of normal range and occure pathology influences to body because of many kinds of factors vivo and vitro.the other hand , pathogenetic condition of hematopathy patients may be severe in pregnancy period.According to records, iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is the first place in gestational hemopathy and following are megaloblasticanemia, aplastic anemia(AA), idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP),myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) and acute leukaemia.Incidence rate of complications increase because of hypoxia in gestational anemia,so there is a causal relation between anemia and dyspregnancy.some researches found out that animia and iron deficiency are major risk factors of premature delivery, pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH), eclampsia, premature rupture of membrane. Placenta is hypoxia because of mather nuclide anemia often leads to fetus growth and development limited ,low weight infant and premature infant appear, morbility and mortality increase. The morbility of dead fetus in uterus increases 6 times ,50% is caused by hypoxia, and the morbility of fetal distress is 35.6%. Above all ,gestational hemapothy should be paid more attention .Objective : To explore the etiopathogenisis of gestinational anemie the influences to mather and infantand treatment .Methods: To analysis process of gestation and complications , and influences to fetus growth and development by statisticsing anemia causes and degree of 90 gestational animia patients,Results:1.Hematological system diseases account for a certain proportion in causes of gestational anemia.2.Gestationla hemopathy can be caused by many kinds of hematopathy.3.The degree of gestational anemia more are mild or middle ,severe anemia is less. Anemia caused by hematopathy more are middle or severe.4. Thrombocytopenia more are caused by hematopathy in gestational anemia patients ,middle and sever degree are more.5. Thrombocytopenia in gestational anemia patients can lead to dyspregnancy.6. Gestational anemia can increase harmful effects tomather and fetus.7. Complicatios of pregnancy period and postpartum caused by hematological system diseases of gestational anemia patients are more than non hematopathy group. 8.Harmfull effects to fetus caused by hematological system diseases of gestational anemia patients are more than non hematopathy group.Conclusion:1. Hematological system diseases accounts for a certain proportion in causes of gestational anemia,to which should be pay more attention2.Harmfull effects to mather and fetus caused by gestational anemia are more than narmal gestation,we should pay more attention to early diagnosis ,enhance examination in pregnancy period, decrease occurrence of harfull effects3. Harmfull effects to mather and fetus caused by hematological system diseases of gestational anemia patients are more than non hematopathy group, towhich should be pay more attention ,find out etiology positively, symptomatic treatment , reduce mortality ofmother and newborn in perinatal phase·4. Harmfull effects to mather and fetus caused by gestational thrombocytopenia patients are more than non thrombocytopenia group, ind out etiology positively, symptomatic treatment , reduce mortality ofmother and newborn in perinatal phase·...
