Chemiluminescence analysis is a trace analysis method which determines the content of substance according to the light emission of the chemical reaction. It is defined as the emission of light from an electronically excited state species which is produced during the course of a chemical reaction, and is observed when the electronically excited product or intermediate formed decays to the ground state with a photon emitted. There are many merits on CL such as simple cheap optical systems, requiring no light sources which avoiding the effects of stray light and the instability of light source, and thus providing low background with excellent sensitivity, wide linear range, rapidity, simplicity and so on. To date, the CL analysis has been widely applied to environmental science, biological science, clinical science and so on. The combination with other techniques such as flow injection (FI), capillary electrophoresis (CE), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and so on, while the uses of established CL reaction systems still attract much interest.Flow-injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL), which combines chemiluminescence (CL) and flow-injection, has high efficiency and accuracy. It becomes more and more important in pharmaceutic analysis.Capillary electrophoresis (CE) has become an important analytical tool because of its powerful separation capacity, high efficiency, short analytical time, and minimum consumption of sample and reagents. Their high sensitivity, simplicity and wide linear range make electrochemiluminescence as a powerful detector of capillary electrophoresis. So, the marriage of CE to ECL(CE- ECL) offers the merits with enhancing sensitivity, improving selectivity, and reducing cost. It is become a sensitive and efficient analytical technique. CE coupled with ECL using Ru(bpy)32+ has been applied to a wide variety of analytes as a simple and sensitive detection technique, such as in life sciences, clinic and pharmaceutical fields. The thesis consists of three parts as followings:Part one Study on Chemiluminescence System of Potassium CTMAB - Vitamin B1 A flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of Vitamin B1 was...
