OBJECTIVE: To analyze the correlation between the quantity of antibacterials agents and the increment of resistance of bacterial in respiration and surgery department.METHOD: Using the method of retrospective review; statistic the checked sample of inpatient from 2005.7.1 to 2005.12.31 in Shandong university Qilu hospitiol. and then collect the quantity of antibacterials used in the next half a year in 2005 by computer, DDDs were calculated. The correlation between DDDs and the resistance of common bacterial was analyzed using statistics.RESULTS: The percentage of bacterial drug resistance of respiration internal and the half of year DDDs of six antimicrobial decreased with time. The analysis revealed a significant negative correlation between the bacterial resistance of respiration internal to the use frequency of antibacterials . In surgery system, the analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between the resistance of Acinetobacter to Cefotaxime, Gentamicin, MK Ofloxacin, to their DDDs . The consumption of CAZ, Meropenem, Gentamicin, AMK, OFX, Cefperazone-Sulbactam is also related to the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with positive correlation.CONCLUSIONS: It should be thinked highly and should strengthen the monitor of bacterial drug resistance and take utility measures to defer the...
