INTRUDUCTIONClinical research indicated, some 10-15% of couples are subfertile. Male factor is about 40% and half of these are abnormal sperm morphology. Abnormal sperm morphology influences the ability of sperm motility, identification and binding of spermatozoa and eggs. Normal sperm morphology percentage is not only occuping an important place in male fertility evaluation and being good predictor for the success of the inseminatio externalis.Because of the various staining procedures and the standards in different laboratories, and it is absent in experiment condition, technical level, all of above make the sperm morphology analysis be not unified, to influence clinical diagnosis. Some treatments are trouble. Therefore, the sperm appearance the analysis method that build up apply of clinic sisvery necessary. In addition, the excrescent influence factor of the sperm appearance is numerous, hard analysis of cause of disease. Therefore, need to carry on the related factor research of the sperm appearance still.OBJECTIVEWe compared the influence of different staining methods, wash sample , different analytical systemon on the results of sperm morphology analysis, so that an practice and reliability clinical method to establish. We studied the relationship between morphology parameters and semen main parameters, in order to illuminate the important value of sperm morphology analysis in evaluating male fertile potential. Advanced, We studied the relationship between morphology parameters and varicocele, the cell which are not sperm in semen, the infection of uropoietic and genital system, to initial approach the influcing factor on sperm morphology.
