The connection between soft tissue and implant surface at neck has a great influence on the rate of success for implant prothesis. To get a good connection,we should meet two conditions. One is a micro environment which is germfree correspondingly. The other is a given surface which is easy for cells to adhere. The aims of this experimentation is to study the influence of the nanoparticle antibacterial material on the growth, multiplication and attachment of human gingival fibroblasts. Two different concentrations of nanoparticle antibacterial material DMEM solution(10mg/L and 100mg/L) and pure DMEM solution were used to culture HGF.HGF growth and multiplication were measured by MTT and growth curve.Sub-cellular microstructures were observed.Nanoparticle antibacterial material solution was spreaded on slick surface of titanium. After the solution dried off,we can get a new surface formed by nanoparticle bacterial material aggradation.Take unsettled slick titanium surface as contrast group.HGF were inoculated on both surfaces.Cell growth and multiplication were measured by MTT.Cell attachment and...
