These interfaces play important role in implantol using. The direct anchorged living remodeling bone provides mechanical stablity for implanted denture. And the biological seal around the neck of implant could resist dregs of meal remaining and bacterium invading, in order to prevent from inflammatory infiltration, downgrowth of epithelium,formation of a preiodontal pocket, destruction of the supporting bone that result in eventual implant failure and decrease the service life of osseointergrated implant.For improve the quality of osseous interface between the dental implant and bone, the treatments of implant surface have been frequently used, for example, the sprayed titanium surface with hydroxyapatite or titanium plasma,etched and sandblasted titanium surface.These means not only greatly increase the connected space between the dental implant but also enchance their affinity.
