Objective: To explore the role of macrophage migration inhibitoryfactor (MIF) and toll-like receptors (TLRs) in the secondum damage of the liver, heart and lung in acute cholangitis of severe type in Rats;And to observe the Initial experimental curative effect of Ulinastatin and Dexamethasone on acute cholangitis of severe type in Rats,so as to provide new targets and pathway for the clinical treatment of acute cholangitis of severe type.Methods: Dividing 80 Wistar rats into four groups randomly: normalcontrast group(sham operated group), acute cholangitis of severe type group (model group),Dexamethasone cure group(DXM group)and Ulinastation cure group(UTI group). 20 in every group .10 in every group randomly to be killed 36 hours after the rats model was established.
