Objectives Survey the actuality and reasons of HIV/AIDS related discrimination inmedicine service, and make some suggestions for further intervention.Methods Cross-sectional survey by using quantitative and qualitative information.Results Certain HIV/AIDS related discrimination exist during medicine service forthe PLHAs, need to raise the accept attitude for PLHAs, be short of some professionalknowledge for HIV/AIDS for health care workers, risk of occupational discover, beshort of relative rules for occupational discover in medicine service.Conclusions HIV/AIDS related discrimination exist during medicine services. Itmight results from: (1) Some providers lack of correct HIV/AIDS knowledge or havewrong knowledge, and bring to fear and moral judgement. (2) Some medicalorganization have not carry out related regulation for occupation discover correctlyand protection measures improper during medicine service.
