Objective To explore a new method that could be used to construct a mathematical model of general pharmacokinetics and find a recognizable method for parameters of the mathematical modelMethods On the basis of Professor DENG Ju-long's modeling GM(1.1) model method, a modeling method of grey system GM(1.1) model was taken to establish the mathematical model of general pharmacokinetics as well as to explore a parameter estimation method of the mathematical model by means of principle of information reuse.Result Using the modeling method of grey system GM(1.1) model based on information reuse, a mathematical model of general pharmacokinetics was set up, which had only 3 parameters. The method was suitable for every condition.
