Objective The cause, prevention and treatment of the frequently encountered complication after postcholecystectomy to be summarized .Methods Study the causes of disease and clinical treatment of 23 cases with PCS, patients who underwent cholecystectomy syndrome from 2001 January to 2005 January in our hospital were studied.Results 23 cases with PCS, there were 11 case relating to biliary tract diseases , 8 case not relating to biliary tract diseases.there were 18 case to be found the cause,4 case of which cause is unknown,they likely were underwent Sphincter of oddi dyskinesia or psychosomatic cause.Reoperation were performed in 6 cases, The results of treatment are satisfactory.Conclusion PCS is common complication after cholecystectomy,the maior cause may be residual gallstone.Detailed preoperative examination and intraoperative exploration can reduce the rate of PCS.Accoreding to different causes, the right treatment plan should be selected, while reoperation is not necessary for most cases.Few of which were carried out...
