| Objective: By studying Lindera reflexa Hemsl. Systematically on chemistry anddetermining the content of related components, Lindera reflexa Hems were comprehended profoundly.This will establish the base for standard prescription on clinic and its following exploition and useage.Methods: This dissertation consist of two chapters:Chapter l:This chapter includes twosections.The first section is about experiment.The extration and isolation procedures of chemical constituent in Lindera reflexa Hemsl was illuminated. An aqueous ethanol extract of Lindera reflexa Hemsl collected in Xinxian Xingyang,Henan province was suspended in water ,extracted by petroleum ether, diethyl ether ,ethyl acetate and n-butanol (saturated with water ) respectively.The extract obtained were subjected to a combination of column chromatographies such as silica gel ,Sephadex LH-20etc.PTLC was also used to purified the compounds obtained. With such methods, 10 compounds were yielded.Chapter 2: Determination the quantity of pinostrobin in Lindera reflexa Hemsl by RP-HPLC. To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of pinostrobin and 3,5-didroxystilbene in Lindera reflexa Hemsl .The chromatographic conditions includes SHIM-PACK PV-ODS colum and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of water-methanol(80:20) for pinostrobin. The detection wavelength was 290nm,and measured at room temperature ,Thetemperature of colum was 25℃. The chromatographic conditions includes SHIM-PACKPV-ODS colum and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of 1% Acetic Acid Glacial-methanol(65:35) for 3,5-didroxystilbene.The detection wavelength was 300nm,andmeasured at room temperature ,The temperature of colum was 25℃. This method was sensitive,simple and accurate.Results:The first section describes the elucidation of compounds obtioned from Lindera reflexa Hemsl .On the basis of spectroscoptic analysis and chemical evidences,The 6 compounds structure were determined as pinostrobin, (SJ-2-05),pinocembrin, (SJ-1-13)... |
