Objective:â‘ To study the relation between serum bilirubin and degree of coronary artery lesion. â‘¡To study the relation between serum bilirubin and SOD,MDA,NO,NOS and blood lipids.â‘¢ To study the relation between serum bilirubin, coronary artery lesion and TCM syndrome type of CHD.Methods:According to the result of coronary arteriography, the control group and the CHD group were divided. The coronary severity score(CSS) was computed. Serum bilirubin ,blood sugar, blood lipids, SOD,MDA,NO and NOS were measured. The TCM syndrome type of CHD was divided into qi-deficiency of heart,yin-deficiency of heart and kidney, the phlegm blocking Xin-channe and the blood stasis of heart. Results:â‘ TBIL and IBIL in CHD patients decreased (P<0.05). TBIL and IBIL in the male CHD patients decreased (P<0.05).â‘¡TBIL and IBIL in the patients of multiple-branch lesion were lower than the single-branch lesion(P<0.01).TBIL and IBIL in the patients of the occlusion lesion were lower than the light and median steosis(P< 0.01 ;P< 0.05). TBIL,DBIL and IBIL were negtively related to CSS(P< 0.01;P<0.05).With multiple-analysis,IBIL entered the gression equation.â‘¢SOD,NO and NOS in CHD patients were lower than the control(P<0.05; P<0.01).MDA in CHD patients were higher than the control(P<0.01). With correlation analysis,TBIL and IBIL were postively related to SOD,NO and NOS (P<0.05),negtively to MDA(P <0.01).DBIL was postively related to NOS(P<0.05).(4)With simple correlation analysis,TBIL,DBIL and IBIL were negtively related to LDL-C,positively to HDL-C;IBIL was also negtively related to TGWith multiple-analysis, TBIL,DBIL and...
