Purpose: To analyse the parameters of CT perfusion imaging for solitary pulmonary nodule by using 16-slice spiral , to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of 16-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in differe-ntiating benign from malignant solitary pulmonary nodules(SPN).Materials and Methods: 52 patients with the pulmonary nodules underwent CT perfusion imaging by using 16-slice spiral CT. Among 52 cases with SPN, 32 cases were malignant nodule (15 cases of ade-nocarcinoma, 11 cases of squamous carcinoma, 2 cases of adeno-squa-mous carcinoma, 3 cases of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, 1 cases of metastatic tumor), 12 with inflammation nodule, and 8 benign nodule (6 cases of tubercle nodule, 2 cases of hamartoma).Using 16-slice spi-ral CT, first plain scan was performed from the chest entrance to thebottom of the lung, and then perfusion scan was performed. Choose the largest section of the nodule as the slice for perfusion scanning. The section thickness was 2.5mm for lesions less than 3cm and 5mmfor lesions between 3 to 4cm. 50ml of Ultravist (300 mg/ml) was dministered at the rate of 4ml/s into a superficial vein in a forearmbyhyperbaric injection. 4 series of dynamic scanning were carried on w-ith the same layer at 10s, 70s,...
