Study On Community Health Service And Cooperation Medical System In Wujiang Country

Objective: To observe the situation of rural community's health service and cooperative medical system in Wujiang country during recent three years, and to provide the scientific basis for the drawing up the policy and measure of the rural health development and reformation for the new period.Materials and Measurements: Using the quantitative and qualitative measurements, we synthetically analyzed the situations of the policy support, the fiscal revenues and the human resource in the community's health service and cooperative medical policy of Wujiang country. We also sampling investigated and comprehensively appraised the peasant will for health service.Results: The health works in Wujiang country showed great development during the recent three years. However, the community's disease prevention is still weak. The resource distribution of the health is unreasonable. The mechanism of the fiscal revenues is not perfected. The development of the community's health service and cooperation is incongruous.
