Fixed-orthodontic technology has become a common treatment techonology with 30-year development in the field of orthodontics. However during the fixed-orthodontic appliance bonding, gingivitis often emerges because of plaque on the brackets, bend and arch wire. The microbial composition of subgingival plaque changes after bend is placed.Scholars from home and abroad have made a study of clinical and microbial changes caused by the fixed-orthodontic appliance, mostly taking the method of cultivating anaerobe, only to find out that there is an increase in black-pigmented gram negative anaerobic rod (BPAR) and prevotella intermedia ,and an increase in ratio between obligate anaerobe and facultative anaerobe. This shows that black-pigmented gram negative anaerobe is nosogenetic pathogen causing periodontitis with bend. So how to control G- anaerobe is the key point to cure the inflammation around bend. The chief ingredient in mouthwash made from metabolics of Lactobacillus DM9811 metabolite fatty acid is short chain fatty acid, which is good at restraining anaerobe, cultivating health bacteria. And it is very effective with no side effects, wide population and less bacteria anti-drag. There is no clinical report on sensitivity of metabolite of Lactobacillus DM9811 to subgingival plaque of fixed-orthodontic patients. Aim: to use mouthwash made from Lactobacillus DM9811 metabolite to cure the patients bonding fixed-orthodontic appliance 6 months, then to examine periodontal status and subgingival plaque around the teeth bonding bend...
