Purpose:Cerbral thrombosis is a common disease which does harm to people's health. It is characterized by the high disease rate, disability rate and death rate. LMWH is a new anticoagulant. It is of anti-agent factor activity liveness, antithrombin activity liveness, promoting the release of tissue factor inhibitor, improving fiber dissolving, delaying anti-thrombus, protecting nerves and anti- inflammation. In recent years it is widely used. But as for the effect of anti-clotting treatment, many clinical experiments including well designed random, contrast and double-blind trial can not reach the same conclusion. So nowadays many disputes still exist at home and abroad as for the appliance of LMWH to the anti-clotting treatment of cerbral thrombosis in the choice of treatment time, efficiency and safety. The research is aimed to discuss different effects that Low Molecular Heparin has on the formation and transfer of the brain thrombus at different time during the early period as well as the side effects.Method: Divide the 126 patients into four groups according to the treatment time and method. Comparison group: The regular treatment is employed such as brain protection, anti-platelet gathering, fluid expansion or Chinese traditional treatment etc. Group A: the regular treatment and LMWH. LMWH medicine given time <24h; Group B: the regular treatment and LMWH. LMWH medicine given time 24-48h; Group C: the regular treatment and LMWH. LMWH medicine given time 48-72h. Low Molecular Heparin 0.4ml is given. Umbilicus hypodermic injection is served once every 12 hours, twice a day for 7 days. During the treatment we keep close watch on NIHSS, PLT,PT,APTT and FIB. Meanwhile we will value the treatment effect through data analysis using SPSS13.0...
