The Clinical Study Of Electro-Nape-Acupuncture And Acupunture The Points Around Era Treat Sudden Deafness

Objective: To study clinical effect of sudden deafness patients in the treatment of routine medicine and on the base of it add electro-nape-acupuncture and acupuncture the points around ear.Methods: The 75 patients(87ears) with sudden deafness were divided into two groups. According to their course :A group (≤7 days) and B group( > 7 days). And the patients of each group were random selected into two group—control group and study group .There were 23 ears in the study group of A group ,and 19 ears in the control group of A group;23 ears in the study group of B group ,and 22 ears in the control group of B group. The study groups took (1) routine medicine (2) electro-nape-acupuncture and acupuncture the points around ear. The control groups were only given routine medicine. After 28 days' treatment ,we examined the patients by eletro-auditioncarry on statistical analyze curative effect .Results: According to diagnosis standard of sudden deafness diagnosis gist and curative effect classification, the patients' deafness improved degree of each study group were better than those of each control group magnificently(p < 0.05).The improved degree of the patients in the study groups of A group were better than those of the study group of B group magnificently(p < 0.05).Conclusion: curative effect of electro-nape-acupuncture and acupuncture the points around ear treatment of SD was remarkable.This therapy is an effective and easy therapy. The result shows that the length of disease course obviously affects curative effect.
