The Clinical Observation Of Electro-nape-acupuncture Mainly Treat Idiopathic Sudden Hearing Loss

Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss. To further explore the mechanism of the pathogenesis and treatment of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss.Methods:There are60patients,conforming to he diagnostic criteria for idiopathic sudden hearing loss,to be divided into treatment and control groups in accordance with the visiting time.Each group forms each30cases, on the basis of the general treatment, Treatment group used acupuncture of electricity on neck;control group treated with the conventional acupuncture treatment. After28days, we appraised differences in hearing DB value of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and after treatment in patients by pure tone audiometry.Results:Treatment efficiency of the treatment group and the control group are respectively93.33%and76.67%.he total effective rate of the treated group was better than controls(P<0.05).In the treatment group,comparing after treatment with before treatment,decibel value of the hearing loss has a significant difference,and a statistically significant(P<0.05). In the control group,the decibel value of the hearing loss has asignificant differences to compare after treatment with before treatment(P<0.05). Comparing with the decibel value of listening of the two after treatments,it is comparable and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Electro-acupuncture which treats idiopathic sudden hearing loss can enhance patients audiometry hearing decibel value,and improve listening conditions,it has a remarkable effect;There is general therapeutic effect of routine acupuncture in the treatment of this disease.2.Therapeutic effect of electrical acupuncture-based in the treatment of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss is much better than conventional acupuncture,and it can be significantly improved hearing loss in decibels...
