Objective:With the assist reproductive technique (ART) widely being applied, we can obtain high ovulating rate by using ovulation stimulants, but the pregnancy rate is still rambling in a low level. A successful pregnancy requires not only high embryo quality but also the uterine receptivity. As a non-traumatic checking device, transvaginal ultrasound is playing a more and more important role in the field of reproduction. Recent years many researches indicate that transvaginal ultrasound could be utilized for evaluating the endometrial receptivity. The endometrial echo patterns visualized sonographically were divided into three categories by Gonen: pattern A: present a triple-line pattern or multilayered endometrium in which hyperechogenic outer lines and a well-defined central echogenic line were visualized, with hypoechogenic or black areas seen between lines; pattern B: present an echo pattern in which the endometrium had the same echogenicity as the myometrium, the central echogenic line is dim; pattern C: present a homogenous endometrium with no central echogenic line. Numerous researches indicate that echo pattern A and B predicts a better receptivity of endometrium than echo pattern C. But there are no reports about the diversity...
