Study On The Unicorn Bead Side Effect On Endometrial Receptivity

Objective To observe effect of "unicorn.bead" on endometrial receptivity by nature.and to explore its mechanism in order to assist in the clinical.Methods according to the inclusion criteria,60 female patients were randomly divided into four groups,each of 15 cases,respectively,the western medicine group,Chinese and Western medicine combination group,Chinese medicine group,natural cycle group.The first group of Western medicine group:menstrual day 5 oral clomiphene citrate 50mg,a total of five days;in the second group and Western medicine combined treatment group:menstrual.day 5 oral clomiphene citrate 50mg,a total of five days,also on the 5th day of menstruation oral Unicorn bead square 150mg/time,2 times a day,10 days after ovulation to;the three Chinese medicine groups:menstrual day 5 began aral Unicorn bead 150mg/time,times a day;until 10 days after ovulation,the fourth group natural cycle group:do not use any drug.The four groups of patients were monitored by B ultrasound.In 7 to 8 days after ovulation,endometrial cell sampler sampling small endometrial tissue for immunohistochemical determination of Er,PR,VEGFR protein content and scanning.electron microscope(SEM)to observe the expression of pinopodes.Results Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group,Chinese medicine group,natural cycle group were compared with the western medicine group,the differences in the expression of Er,PR,VEGFR protein has statistical significance(P<0.05),and three groups of immunohistochemical markers expression were significantly higher than those of the western medicine group.2 there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of endometrial cells in the four groups,but the morphological differences were observed under the electron microscope.Natural cycle group,Chinese medicine group under electron microscope can see pinopodes tended to the fully developed state;western medicine group of pinopodes form variety,less pinopodes,mainly in the development of pinopodes and most of the intima is covered with microvilli.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in cellular drinking between the processus between natural cycle and the western medicine group and pinopodes mostly showed fully developed state,but pinopodes and microvilli accounted for a considerable proportion.Conclusion Unicorn bead Decoction "can improve the endometrial receptivity and its mechanism may Unicorn bead recipe can improve the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors in uterine endometrium,estrogen and progesterone receptor can regulate endometrial vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),the high expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and make the endometrial vascular growth activity increase,to further improve the endometrial microenvironment,so as to improve the endometrial receptivity.
