Effect Of Kidney-Tonifying And Blood-Activating Herbal Medicines On Expression Of Bcl-2 MRNA,Bax MRNA And The Ultrastructure In Human Endometrium Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Patients

Anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (ADUB) is a kind of common gynecopathy disease. ADUB is metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in Chinese medicine.[Objective](1)To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine intreating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (ADUB). (2)To explore the effect of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating herbal medicines on expression of Bcl-2 mRNA and Bax mRNA in human endometrium of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients. (3) To explore the ultrastructure change of human endometrium of anovulatorydysfunctional uterine bleeding patients by using electron microscope. [Methods]Fifteen cases of infertility with regular menstruation were in blank control group (Group A) ; 34 cases of ADUB were randomized into two groups: Group B was treated with Gongxue Yin and Group C with Gongxue Ning. Check the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA and Bax mRNA, the ultrastructure change before and after the patient taking the medicine (Gongxue Yin and Gongxue Ning) .[Results] The total effective rate was 94. 11% in group A and 88. 23% in group B (P>0. 05).(1) The expression of Bcl-2 mRNA in Group B after healing is higher than that before healing (P<0. 01).(2) There is not significance difference in the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA in...
