| Objective: To probe the reasons of reveal of skin soft tissue expander in the treatment of scar and come up with preventing measures. Methods: From 1995 to 2005, 96 cases of tissue expander procedures (126 expanders) were described in this article, aimed at studying the incidence of complication by tissue expansion operation and analyzing the reasons. Results: The reveal of skin soft expander is related to parts, the incidence of complication of skin and soft tissue expansion in faciocervical sites is higher than other parts.The reveal can be caused by many factors, most frequently by infection. Conclusion: The reveal can be reduced and prevented by some measures. |
