ObjectiveTo evaluate the correlation of coronary artery disease (CAD) with cardiovascular risk factors in patients underwent coronary angiography (CAG).To investigate the variation of clinical diagnosis in patients underwent CAG and cardiovascular risk factors with angiographic CAD between two periods over the past 10 years.. Methods156 patients during July 1995 to December 1996 and 257 patients during July 2004 to December 2005 underwent coronary angiography were selected according to inclusion criteria. Among the 413 patients, 264 patients were diagnosed CAD and the others were excluded CAD. CAD was diagnosed by measuring the diameter and the number of diseased vessels were considered while coronary angiography. Cardiovascular risk factors included were gender, age, body mass index (BMI), hypertension disease , smoking status, type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C),...
