Background: Surgery is a utilization treatment for localized refractory epilepsy. With the development of the technique to localize epileptogenic zone in recent years, the remission rate of epilepsy seemed gradually rising up. So, pre-surgical evaluation is important in clinical work. The use of kinds of electrophysiological and morphology technique in pre-surgical evaluation is hot spot. As a new technique, fMRI is the most sensitive technique. This paper is to evaluate deeply the localizing value of fMRI in pre-surgical patients。Objective: The objective of this review was to assess the effects of fMRI for pre-surgical evaluation of patients with epilepsy.Materials and Methods: Two reviewers will independently apply the inclusion criteria to all identified trial reports.
