Clinical And Experimental Studies On Treatment Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Diagnosed Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Stasis And Sputum Dampness Syndrome With Bu Shen Huo Xue Hua Tan Decoction

Objective:To explore the regulatory and mechanism of Bu Shen Huo Xue Hua Tan Decoction (BSHXHTD) in treating patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and sputum dampness syndrome. Methods:65 patients with PCOS diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and sputum dampness syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. BSHXHTD was given to treatment class including 35 patients. Meanwhile Clomiphene Citrate (CC)was given to control class including 30 patients. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs,serum hormones (FSH,LH,E1,E2,INS,T)levels,basic body temperature (BBT) and those of ultrasonic examination. Results:The total effective rate is 91.43% and the ovulation rate is 85.71% in treatment class,they are 73.33% and 63.33% in control class,there is no significant difference between them (P>0.05),E2 levels in women with PCOS are significantly correlated with T and LH,BSHXHTD could decrease the levels of T,LH,E1,INS and increase FSH,E2 levels significantly. Conclusions:There are Hyperandrogensim,Hyperinsulinemia and Hyperestrone in patients with PCOS and BSHXHTD can work through regulating the unbalanced metobolization of FSH,LH,T,so as to induct ovulating.
