The Application Of Medical Information In Hospital Management

With the rapid development of the medical technologies and constant updating of medical facilities, hospital administration has to be more scientific and upgraded. Conventional modes of hospital management can no longer meet the need of or keep pace with modern hospital management. Information-based hospital management is expected to dominate modern management. Making the best use of medical information is a key step in hospital management.This study generalizes the status quo of information-based hospitals on the basis of information research and investigates the need for application of medical information in terms of clinical medical management, teaching and research management and performance management using such research methods as systematic analysis, classification, contrast and induction . This study serves as guidelines for the executives and medical personnel. The final part of this study presents countermeasures and the prospect of modern development in the application of medical information in hospital management.
