[Purpose] In view of the fact that there are still many shortcomings in the construction of hospital information disclosure system in our country,it has a certain degree of influence on the public,the hospital itself and the relevant government supervision departments.This study chooses the hospital ranking as a example of information disclosure,discusses the situation of hospital information disclosure from the perspective of the public,and analyzes and compares the ranking of the three mainstream hospitals.Combined with the actual needs of the public,this paper probes into how the hospital ranking should provide support for the public to choose doctors,and assist them to make up for the lack of information disclosure in some hospitals in order to make up for the choice of medical treatment in accordance with their own situation and exact needs.[Methods] Literature method: Through the collation and analysis of all kinds of literature,on the basis of accumulating and utilizing the previous academic research results,this paper makes a more comprehensive and objective grasp of the present situation of the hospital ranking in our country.The method of questionnaire survey: First,the relevant expert opinions are sought to confirm the overall thinking and research direction of the questionnaire,and then the questionnaire on related topics is widely consulted,the overall framework of the questionnaire is set up and the scale is determined.The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics,chi-square test,matched sample t test and independence t test by statistical software SPSS.Content analysis method: Through the content analysis method,this paper collects and arranges the index system,evaluation method,social attention and influence of each hospital ranking in China,and forms the general situation research of the hospital ranking in our country.[Results] 1.78.95% of the groups carried out information search before medical treatment.It can be seen that the public in our country pay more attention to information search and have a strong willingness to collect information.2.When the public feels that the condition is mild,the main influencing factors of medical choice are cost,traffic and medical level,and when they feel critical,they pay the most attention to the quality and level of medical treatment and the advanced degree of equipment.In the public attention of the hospital ranking,the Fudan version of the hospital ranking received the most attention,followed by Asclepius,the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences version of the lowest.4.The Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has the most credibility in evaluating the credibility of the hospital ranking.The Fudan’s is more recognized in authority and influence than Asclepius in terms of authority and influence,but not as much in dependency evaluation.5.Fudan version is guided by the academic nature of management,dedicated to providing guidance for patients to choose a doctor.The Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is led by the academic nature of science and technology,mainly studying the scientific and technological productivity of hospitals.Asclepius focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of hospital competitiveness and has a stronger commercial and market nature.[Conclusions] To a certain extent,the birth and development of hospital ranking makes up for the imperfect hospital information disclosure system in our country,enriches the main body and content of hospital information disclosure in our country,and provides better suggestions for patients to choose doctors and hospital management.However,the index system of the existing hospital ranking has a low degree of matching with the needs of patients,and can not reflect the concept of patient-centered,and there is a lot of room for improvement.
