Study On The Status And Related Influence Factors Of The Psychological Health Of The Foreign Capital Corporation Workers

OBJCTIVE To study the relationships between personality and psychological health of the corporation workers, to find out the related factors contributing to psychological health problems, describe workers psychological point, aiming to provide scientific basis for intervention.METHODS Nine hundred and thirty-three the foreign capital corporation workers completed a set of self-report questionnaires including SCL-90, EPQ and workers needs in the new developed district of Suzhou.RESULTS N score and P score of EPQ were positively correlated with all factors of SCL-90. Higher P scores indicated higher scores of depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoid ideation factors of SCL-90. The orders of the scores of all factors of SCL-90 were ranked as introversion and neuroticism, extraversion and neuroticism, extraversion and stability, introversion and stability. Those are main factors covering characters, age, experience , degree,working stress and security related to in psychological health.CONCLUSION To relieve psychological health of the corporation workers,it is effective to improve labor circumstance and security protect ,promote sustainable health. It is important means to improve enthusiasm that satisfied workers needs. The corporation must take different prompting policy for the various needs.
