Malignant melanoma (MM) is a high grade malignancy and often affects skin, then it is called cutaneous malignant melanoma (CMM). It was the third place (6.8%~20%) of all cutaneous malignant tumor. Though the incidence rate of our country is low, it is late for the patients to examine because of high death rate, year after year increasing incidence tendency and poor cognizance of CMM. Immunohistochemistry is the main method of clinical diagnosis when the tissue structure of some CMM is complex.Junctional nevus and intradermal nevus are both pigmented nevus. Intradermal nevus is always stabilization; but junctional nevus is labilization and is easy to cancerat, and the mechanisms is still unclear. Many studies have indicated that malignant tumor possesses the characteristic of invasion and metastasis. Malignant tumor has become a deadly disease because of not only the failed controls of the growth of the tumor cells, but also the ability of metastasis of the tumor cells. And the metastasis cells are always the just "killer". Now, the treatment of CMM and the pathogenesy of CMM are still unknown. Metastasis of malignant tumer is about the intravasation and out vessel. There are lots of heparin sulfate in extracelluler matrices and basement membrane to blockade...
