Objective: To find the relation between health and well-being of medical staff in comprehensive hospital and the factors what are likely to influence health and well-being of medical staff.Methods: We have selected 757 staff who are from two comprehensive hospitals in one city (male, n=155; female, n=572).They are doctors, nurses and technicians . We have evaluated for any one with general investigate scale made by ourselves, Self-rated Health Measurement Scale Version1.0 (SRHMS), social support Measurement Scale, General Well-Being Schedule (GWB). Statistics We have analyzed data with SPSS 10.0 soft ware. We adopted t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple factors AVONA, correlate,s Biavariate and multiple regression analysis.Results: We have collected effective questionnaire, it is 86.53% for back ratio. Different careers, clinical departments, professional title and different levels of education have made no obviously difference on health of medical staff (P>0.05). Males and females have own a great deal of different physical health (P=0.018). Males are healthier than females. The mental health of medical persons are not significant same during the persons from the different age groups (P=0.000). The staff who are older than forty years old own best mental health while the persons who from the age group between thirty and thirty nine years old have the worst mental condition .Different careers, clinical departments, sex, professional title and different levels of education have not influenced the medical staff,s social support and general well-being (P>0.05) ,but the different ages and...
