Application of the aseptic maggots has provided one effective method for the body skin ulcer.As a assistance method, Chinese herbs medicine Tuo Li Sheng Ji in ulcer has the stable accurate effects after the number millennium confirmation. This research hopes that through combination of these two methods to study the function on DM rats'surface ulcer and its action mechanism, promulgate function on pathology and ultrastructure, and to offer the target for looking for the ideal and reliable prescription to cure DM skin ulcer.Methods: 3 month male normal SD big mouse, For the 40 mice of the experimental group,injects 75mg/kg Streptozotocin(STZ) (Sigma,dissolved in 0.01 mm o l/mL citric acid buffer solution,P H 4.2),Other 10 big mice inject the isodose citric acid buffer solution in abdominal cavity . After 1 week works as animal blood sugar density >= 16.7 m m o l/L, Diabetes model was successfully duplicated. We selected 30 rats that they were obvious higher than others about and divided them into three groups at random.and another 10 normal rats for normal group.
