| BackgroundPeriodontal disease is a familiar oral disease. It has been proved that the bacterium and it's productions in the dental plaque are the imperative initiation factor to initiation periodontal disease, and others local factors and the defense reaction of host have important influences, too. The treatment of periodontal disease should be combined therapy, the antibacterials are effective assistant ways to it.The commonly used antibacterials are arilin, tinidazole, and tetracyclines. There are evident curative effect in the clinical application, but the side effect can not be neglected, and the drug resistant strain is increasing gradually.Omidazole is a new broad-spectrum drug to resist anaerobian which has good curative effect, short course of treatment, good toleration, long half life in corpore, and good osmosis in organism tissue. But can not disregard the combined infection of anaerobes in the treatment of periodontal disease.Pefloxacin is the tertiary generation antibacterials of quinolones, the study of antibacterial activity in vitro exhibit that it has doughty antibacterial activity to anaerobes and aerobian ,and some antibacterial action to anaerobic. To detect the antibacterial features of two drugs and the rules of their bacteriostatic action against periodontal pathogen in vitro has important significance for the rational administration of treatment of periodontal disease.ObjectiveIn the study, first of all,to compare the antibacterial activities of three kinds of nitroimidazole of arilin, tinidazole and omidazole by the way of antiblastic test in vitro. With the same way,to compare the antibacterial activities of three kinds of quinolones of norfloxacin ,ciprofloxacin and pefloxacin. All of those are to offer theory for the choice of suitable drugs. Then to detect if the two drugs could be used together and their feature of effect when to be used together.By the way of Orthogonal design to seek the suitable proportion of two drugs. With the proportion to unite the local anesthetics which are... |
