Proven by tens of cases in clinic, Nanglixiao capsule can effectively kill larva and fight epilepsy. In this thesis, the effectiveness to treat EP with the Nanglixiao capsule is analyzed. Meanwhile, more research has been done to dig out the anti-epilepsy mechanism of the medicine, which makes preparation for future investigating the formula.Objective: To explore the effectiveness of Nanglixiao capsule on anti-epilepsy and part of mechanism of nerve-excrete-immunity.Methods: The animal model with epilepsia was prepared by endermic injection of Be. Then Nanglixiao capsule was given to these modeling animals. To observe the effect of Nanglixiao capsule on modeling rats behavior by pharmacological experiment;To investigate the Nl-mechanism of treating epilepsy by observing the change of the content of amino acid and cytokine .Results: 1 Epilepstic symptom was observed after injecting Be in rats enderma.2 The animals in treating group showed significantly improved general behavior manifestation and prolonged the latent period of epilepsy when compared with that of modeling animals(P<0.01).3 The contents of IAA like GABA was markedly elevated and that of EAAs like Glu and Asp were significantly reduced in encephalon of these animals treated with Nanglixiao capsule(P<0.05).4 The contents of IL-lp(P<0.01) and TNF-α(P<0.05) can also be reduced simultaneously.Conclusions: Nanglixiao capsule can effectively improve the modeling rats' behavior manifestation, and it may bring about therapeutic effects on epilepsy via regulating the NIN more deeply. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Epilepsy, NIN, Rat behavior manifestation, Amino acide, Cytocine | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
