| Erythrocytes are usually used for clinical diagnosis methods, eg. Hemagglutination test , hemagglutination inhibition test, hemolysis test etc.Normal 2-week chicken erythrocytes (RBC) were aldehydated and freeze-dried and rehydrated. In the result , they preserved normal cell structure, achieved biologic stability, had 98.6% at resorb persentage, had agglutination activity by ConA as hemagglutin, had good repeativity among different lots, and retained the same reactivity at fresh control nonlyophilized RBC.Lyophilized erythrocytes could be used in hemagglutination test and hemagglutination inhibiton test.Tthere are a lot of advantages in Lyophilized erythrocytes , eg. long term preservation , easy operation , no self agglutination, stable, clear etc. HA value and HI value were no different by using 2% lyophilized erythrocytes and 1% fresh nonlyophilized RBC, in which the same reactivity percentage was 98.72%, coefficience rate was 0.9288. The result was indicated that 2% lyophilized erythrocytes could be used in diagnosis instead of 1% fresh nonlyophilized RBC.Polyclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies toNDV were prepared f rom rabbit s vaccinated with purified chicken anti-NDV antibodies , and isolated by lyophilized erythrocytes to bind unspecific chicken antibodies and to absorb rabbit-anti-chicken antibodies. The acquired antibodies were capable of... |
