Objective: To investigate the bionomics and the expression of FEZ1, survivin in small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), and the effects on the prognosis in SCLC and SCC to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and predicting prognosis. Methods: The expression of FEZ1, survivin were detected by immunohistochemical method (SP) and flow cytometry method (FCM) in SCLC and SCC, the apoptosis ratio and cell proliferation index were detected by FCM in normal lung tissue, SCLC and SCC. All data were analysized by SPSS12.0 for Windows. Results: 1 The biological features of SCLC and SCC: In SCLC and SCC, the positive rate of lymph node metastasis were 75.00% and 40.98%, the positive rate of tumor embolus were 94.40% and 55.10%, with significant differences (P<0.001). In theâ…¡,â…¢graded SCC and SCLC, the positive rate of lymph node metastasis were 29.17%, 55.41% and 75.00%, the positive rate of tumor embolus were 37.50%, 60.80% and 94.40%, with significant differences (P<0.05). Three-year survival rates ofâ…¡,â…¢graded SCC and SCLC were 54.17%, 50.00% and 38.89%...
