Objective:A great quantity studies has shown that a many of blood vessel active factors take actions in the process of HIE, such as cytokine, chemotatic factor, adhesion molecule, apoptosis promotion gene and apoptosis suppressor gene. Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is a new kind of blood vessel active factors was finded in recent years. It not only plays a very important role in the process of micrangium proliferation but also contributs to the stabilizing, maturating and refraining from apoptosis of nascent micrangium, it participates the vascular endothelial cell through specific binding with corresponding receptor. Endothelin-1(ET-1)is the most strong and lasting perfuse vaso-excitor material which known at present. And it takes important role in the adjusting and controls process of regional flow filling. VEGF and ET-1 participate and take mutual effect in the pathophysiological processes of HIE. Danshen injection is a convention drug in the HIE therapy which is very effective in activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and improving blood circulation. There is not any literature report about the effect of Danshen injection to the level of VEGF and ET-1 in the blood of HIE newborn at present. In order to provide the theory direction to clinic...
