Objective: To investigate the situation of acknowledge prevention and remedy knowledge and behaviour transformation on AIDS during a variety of population of obedience zone. To implore effective interventional methods, through intervention to improve the rate of acknowledge of AIDS knowledge and behaviour transformation during target population, to lower the rate of AIDS formation in obedience zone.Methods: Choosing some high hazardous population (sex service distaff, long distance truckers), frail population (youthful students), common population (community inhabitant, community commission leader) being target population, exploring their acknowledge of AIDS knowledge and behaviour transformation, carrying out health education and behavior intervention by lots of methods, and investigating their acknowledge of AIDS knowledge and behaviour transformation after intervention. Comparing the situation of acknowledge of AIDS knowledge and behaviour transformation between control group and interventional group, the intervention effectiveness was assessed.Result: Before and after intervention, the rate of acknowledge of AIDS spreading route knowledge of each population was following: from 61.92% to 78.40% for sex service distaff, from 78% to 87.22% for youthful students,from 77.07% to 82.57% for community inhabitant,from 75.25% to 86.25% for community commission leader,the difference was significant sense(P<0.01). The rate of acknowledge of AIDS prevention methods was increased from 57.16% to 84.35% in sex service distaff, from 54.38% to 61.30% in long distance truckers(P<0.05),from 75.63% to 83.79% in youthful students, the difference was significant sense(P<0.01). The rate about AIDS behavior was risen from 34.03% to 59.63% in sex service distaff, from 63.47% to 73.08% in long distance truckers, from 72.00% to 87.00% in youthful students, from 78.22% to 90.32% in community inhabitant, from 82.08% to 92.08% in community commission leader,the difference was significant sense(P<0.01). Excluding community commission leader, the attitude of regarding HIV infectious population and valetudinarian in other population did not changed obviously before and after intervention, in particular, lots people still had afraid and disgust attitude with HIV infectious population and valetudinarian.
