| Traditional Chinese Medicine can be applied comprehensively to adjusting the functions of the body and enforcing the anti-cancer ability. The causes of the cancer are complicated. Based on the differentiating principles of TCM and combined with the clinical experience, the author urges that the happening and the developing of the cancer are associated with the deficiency of the immunity of the body.The weakness of immunity can cause the attacking of the evil energy. This is the condition of the disturbance of human body's function, maladjustment of the yin and yang, the unbalance of vital energy and blood. Then the body will appear phlegm clot and blood stasis. These pathological products are the factors of the diseases when the organism is in a poor condition. There are multiple reasons for the occurrence of cancers. Basically, the innateness and acquired factors can cause the problem above. So, we could find that the disease resistance be in decline and the organism come out under the conditions of insufficiency, blood stasis, heat toxin, sputum clouding and so on. So, we should protect the normal function of human body, especially the immunology function. Cancer is a popular disease that can be found in every part of the body. So we should not pay our attention simply to the local mass. The multiple therapy includes: reinforce weakness, regulating vital energy, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, obviate the phlegm, soften the stasis, clearing away the heat and eliminating dampness etc. At the same time, we should take some measures to eliminate evil energy and support healthy energy from the whole and all-round viewpoints. Then we can stimulate the internal positive elements of body to cure the cancer. Recently, TCM research about cancer focuses on the principle screening of Chinese herbals' active, but most of scientists ignore the multiple combinations of Chinese herbs, especially about the TCM syndrome study combined with the animals experiment. This article is a summary of the TCM study on the etiological-pathogenesis and therapy on cancer, meanwhile, introduce the differenceof three TCM therapies for the syndrome to cancer. At last, to make sure the effect to the immunity system of the human body.The study included firstly the effect of cold-syndrome, heat-syndrome and spleen weakness syndrome to the cancer rats, and based on it, to evaluate the effect to the development of cancer. Secondly, compare different effect to the immunity organs by the TCM syndrome elements and the tumor. Third, compared the different dealing elements on rats include inter-leukin2, Tumor Necrosis Factor, T lymphocyte subpopulation the percentage of the lymph (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+), and immunity index. Then confirmed therapy's positive function to the cancer. Fourth, from the compare of three different TCM methods to the experimental rats, found the essential regularity of TCM syndromes. Through the modeling of the three TCM therapies and observing the experiments from the changes of weight, anus temperature, thymus index, spleen index, weight of tumor, ascetic tumor rats survival time, furthermore, to testing the effective to the index above.The result showed that three TCM syndrome on rats can bring the blight of global state and the injury of immune organ. The immune organ of spleen asthenia rats be in shrinked obviously, cellular immunity be in decline and recovered slowly. Cancer of rats is a period of rapid growth in the initial stage, but it is a period of slow growth in the late stage. Lifetime of ascites tumor be decurtated obviously. We will argue that three TCM methods of syndrome on rats can improve the life quality of syndrome and cancer rats and protect the immune organ of rats. Rengthening spleen and regulating qi and clearing away heat and removing toxin are the main ways to arrested the growth of the tumor and alleviate the weight. They can prolong the lifetime of ascites tumor rats and increase the percentage of the lymph (CD3+, CD4+) , regulate the rate of CD4/CD8 and promote inter-leukin2, Tumor Necrosis Factor. So, three different TCM syndromes can lead to confusing of immunologic function of milieu interne. Three different TCM methods of syndrome on rats can adjust immunology function to preserve the organism stability, manoeuvre the anti-cancer ability of organism and recover the organism stable state. This result indicated that these TCM therapies for syndrome could improve the cellular immunology function, reinforce the anti-cancer ability of organism.
