Objective: This study is to find out the status of the subhealthy state in Xinjiang and the relationship with the Northwestzaozheng, and to ascertain the status of the health and to explain characteristic of the physical condition of the people in Xinjiang in order to offer the scientific evidence for adopting the countermeasures to prevent and cure frequently-occurring diseases of Xinjiang. Methods: The subject was based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese Medicine and applied the questionnaire with the epidemic cross-section survey (l)The subhealthy state questionnaire are used the test of subhealthy state according to the Chinese rating scale of subhealthy.(2)Applying methods of epidemiology and using the questionnaire of the Northwestzaozheng we inquire in Hetian and Tulufan, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of P.R.C, Leshan, Sichuan province with stratified randomization and group sampling. Result:(1)The result show that the total incidence rate of the subhealthy state is 72.3%, the incidence rate of subhealthy state in Han nationality is higher than in Uygur nationality (74.3/70.6), and the incidence rate of disease is lower than in Uygur nationality (11.8/17.1). The incidence rate of subhealthy state in hetian is higher than in tulufan (73.5/70.4) . Use Logistic multiple regression analysis to analyze the risk factors for subhealth.
