After a period of medical information construction, a series of information systems have been widely used in the large and medium-sized medical organizations. The information procedure of medical organizations is gradual and dispersive. As a result of the application of different systems, which run on different system platforms and adopt different technology and standards, information islands have come forth. With the development of Medical Informatics, medical information share becomes a highly important requirement for modern medical organization. The how of comforming and processing the medical information and the how of solving the problem of exchange, transform and share between data information which is complicated, dispersive and isomerous in medical information systems, makes the integration to be a kernel of the next generation medical information systems.By analyzing the characters of medical information integration and the present developing situation of the field of information technology, this dissertation puts forward that cadre for information integration is the key issue of medical information share and development which makes medical information systems sustainably developing. The dissertation presents the detail design on Service-Oriented Architecture medical information integration cadre, which including two research parts in detail:On data layer, building virtual database by XML Schema mapping forconform share of medical data based on XML technology, which implements update, insert and delete share medical data based on querying by XQuery. On application layer, research and build the method and principle of Web Services for medical information, which makes medical information systems uniformly exchanging information based on Web Services standards and implement the conform medical information share mode. Two parts are basing on Service-Oriented Architecture, which compose the basic cadre and provide information access and exchange for medical information system. Service-Oriented Architecture integration cadre of medical information systems in this dissertation not only has the characteristics of loose-coupling and customization agility but also makes information share possible because of conform mode.
