ObjectiveThe lead poisoning is an important impact for children's health, the study indicated that the lead at the very low level can bring damages to intelligent development of children, and the damages can not be recover completely at some extent. The intelligence levels of children have an important relation with the people quality and future development of the nation, so the damages of lead to children be attached importance to the world. To find the method that effective and feasible treatment for children lead poisoning, which have significance to protect the children growth and development healthy.The chelating agents are the preferred treatment method for lead poisoning. Because some side effect of chelating agent, its application in children is limited at some extent. Recently study indicated, supply vitamin, essential metal element or amino acid when therapy lead poisoning using chelating agents, which effect on excluding lead and recover the damaged biochemical index of lead poisoning is better that single treatment of chelating agent or nutrients. However, using the chelating a-gents and nutrients at the same time, and if or not reducing the dose of chelating agents, further more the treatment effect can not be changed. The intention of our study is to explore the effect of lower dose Meso-2, 3 — dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) combined vary nutrients treat lead poisoning mice, and find a feasible method for the treatment of children lead poisoning.Method1. Experiment animal and its treatmentSixty-five KM mice, at first, divided the control group and experiment group. The control group be given distilled water, and the experiment group be given 0.1% acetate lead solution 6 weeks, established the model of lead poisoning animals. Secondly, the experiment group be divided 10 groups, orthogonal design included 8 groups, orthogonal table is L8(27), in the table of L8(27), the first group was lead group, others were nutrients combination group and DMSA and nutrients combination group, respectively, other 2 groups are the high dose DMSA group and the low dose group.2. the experiment factor and intervention methodThe experiment factor included DMSA, CaCO3, ZnSO4, vitamin C and vitamin B1. The 2 levels of orthogonal table was given or none, the dose were DMSA:50 mg/Kg,CaCO3:400mg/Kg,ZnSO4:25 mg/Kg, vitamin C:100 mg/Kg, vitamin B1;25 mg/Kg, respectively, the dose of the high dose DMSA group and the low dose group were 100mg/Kg,50mg/ Kg, respectively. The selection of the best method of treatmentOn the bases of the blood lead level of the mice, analysis the study factor in the orthogonal table in ANOVA, compared its range and the blood lead levels of the groups, selected the best method of treatment. The lead level, ALAD, haemoglobin, and some anti — oxidative enzyme activity of the group that selected from orthogonal table compared with the high and low DMSA dose group, estimate the effect of this method.Results1. The weight and general signThere is no significant deference between the experiment group and the control group in the period of poisoning;the dietetic and activity of the experiment groups no evidence abnormitv was detected, which compared the control group.2.
