Objective: To detect the expression of ERp in mouse breast cancer, discuss it's relationship with the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods: Two groups of mice which called BCML group and MA737 group,were transplated the tumor tissue.In a dynamic way,the tumor tissue were measured the expression level of ERp,CyclinD1,E-Cadherin,P21 and C-erBb-2 by the technology of hybridization in situ and immunohistochemistry, compared the differential expression of the genes with ERβ high/low expression in BCML and MA737 groups. Results: 1) ERβ expresses a higher level after day 26 than day 1-25 in BCML and MA737 groups;2) ERp expresses a higher level after day 26 in BCML group than in MA737 group;3)In BCML group, with ERβ high expression ,CyclinD1, E-Cadherin, C-erbB-2 express higher than that with ERβ low expression.ConcIusion: The higher expression of ERβ may has relationship during the tumor invasion and metastasis.
