| Objective:Objective to observe the clinical effect of ZiPinghuoxueJiangYa-HeJi(ZPHXJYHJ) on hypertension and explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods:80 cases of patients with hypertension were divided randomly into treatment Group(40cases) and control group(40cases).The patients in ZPHXJYHJ group were treated with ZPHXJYHJ and control group were treated with NiuHuangJiangYaWan respectively.The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexens in all the patients were be obervered before anf after treatment.adopting internationally Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat(SHR) as pathological model,given drugs orally.The author measures ET,Angâ…¡in plasma and NO in serum.Results:The formula has assured antihypertensive effect, with making the blood pressure obviously drop compared with before giving medicine(P <0.05). It can improve NO level in serum and adjust the balance of ET/NO,control contracting of blood vessel; reduce the plasma Angâ…¡, and has good effect on reducing of serum liqid level and changing the hemodynamics.Conclusion:The formula of ZPHXJYHJ has good antihypertensive effect, combination of drugs of promoting circulation of blood can strengthen its antihypertensive effect on SHR. Danshen and Chuanxiong have obvious compatibility enlargement utility in the whole formula. |
