The Experimental Research Of Xianlingshuangbaoxin Capsule Curing Coronal Heart Disease And Cardiac Angina

The effective of Xianlingshuangbaoxin capsule on the normal anesthatized dog's heart was investigated firstly. By deligating dog's coronary artery(LAD) or rat's coronary artery, the models of acute myocardial infarction were made up, of which the level and range of myocardial ischemia were examined by cardiac epimysium electrocardiogram; the area of myocardial infarction and the alteration of aspartic acid transferase (AST) , creatine kinase (CPK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the serum were detected by quantitive histology. The effective of the drug on the experimental rat acute cardiac ischemia resulting in pituitrin and and the mouse myocardium specific hypoxia survival tempo resulting in the isoproterenol,the flow rate of rat cardiac cornry ex vivo was surveyed as well. It indicated that the Xianlingshuangbaoxin capsule can improve the function of heart by increasing the flow rate , output, cardiac index and heart beat index of normal anesthesia dog's myocardium; by decreasing cardiac oxygen consumption, cardiac oxygen intake rate, the resistance of coronary artery and it's peripheral and the left ventricle working. The drug clearly relieves the cardiac ischemia level( ∑-ST)and range(N-ST),diminishes the myocardial infarction area(MIS),decreases AST and CPK in the serum of experimental myocardial infarction dog, which indicate the drug's resistance on the myocardial ischemia. It matches to the result of the experiment on rat, of which the cardial necrosis is relieved; the alteration of cardial pathological histology, the change of cardial ischemia electrocardiograph, the activities of AST, CPK and LDH are decreased, the cardial flow rate is increased; the cardial specific hypoxia survival tempo is prolonged; increase the flow rate of rat cardiac cornry ex vivo. Xianlingshuangbaoxin capsule can improve the function of heart, relieve myocardial ischemia by one of the mechanism of directly dilating the coronal artery and peripheral blood vessel, thus decreasing their resistant forces. As for the index above, Xianlingshuangbaoxin capsule is better than Sanchi saponin and Korean epimedium herd chromocor, the faster and longer effect as well.
