Object: a great number of researches indicate the excessive alcohol dose is an independent dangerous element causing the cardio-cerebral vascular disease. When the drunken alcohol amount is over 42g, comparing with the persons who don't drink alcohol, their blood lipid increases obviously, and the sickness rate and morbidity rate in cerebral apoplexy increases prominently. But at present, there is not still the conclusion on whether the dosage effect exists between the dangerous elements of alcohol and cerebral apoplexy. Some researches demonstrate that the blood lipid will heighten as linearity with the increase of alcohol dose. However, there are also some researches showing that it is a"U"-shaped curve relationship between alcohol dose and the height of blood lipid, or it exists in a fixed effect of range value, that is, little alcohol dose cannot have obvious influence on the level of blood lipid, and the proper amount of alcohol dose can improve the metabolism of blood lipid, even having the protective function for the cerebral vessels. The reason for the inconsistent conclusions may be related to different research designs,...
