The Relationship Among HPV16/18,HSP70,bcl-2 And Cervical Cancer

Obstractive To understand the infection of HPV16/18, and the expression of HSP70 and bcl-2 protein in cancer in situ(CIS),cervical carcinomas(CC) and normal cervical tissues.To analyse the potential pathogenic role of HPV16/18 infection and HSP70,bcl-2 protein expression in oncogenesis and development of cervical cancers.To explore the relationship among HPV16/18,HSP70 and bcl-2 in development of cervical cancer.Methods HPV16/18 DNA was tested in CIS,cervical carcinomas and normal cervical tissues by PCR,and the expression of HSP70 and bcl-2 protein was examined by immunohistochemistry method respectively.Results (1)The infection rate of HPV16/18 in CIS and CC was higher than in normal cervical tissue;statistically there was no difference between CIS and CC (2) The expression of HSP70 protein in HPV-DNA positive group is greater than in HPV-DNA negative group;The expression of HSP70 protein in CC and CIS is greater than in normal cervical tissue(3)The expression of bcl-2 protein in CC and CIS is greater than in normal cervical tissue .The expression of bcl-2 protein in HPV-DNA positive group is greater than in HPV-DNA negative group.Conclusion (1)The genisis of cervical cancer include many factors and many steps and has close correlation with infection of HPV;(2) The expression ofHSP70 and bcl-2 protein incressed in the stress of HPV infectin;(§) The overexpression of HSP70 and bcl-2 protein occurred in the early stage.
