Observation On The Curative Effect Of Homemade Diyuqingyi Ointment In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

quality of life also has been reduced.In recent years,many reasons,especially the increase of living pressure and environmental pollution,promote the prevalence of psoriasis year by year.External treatment plays an important role in the treatment of psoriasis,running through the treatment of psoriasis in different stages and degrees of severity.Western medicine external treatment of psoriasis drugs mainly include glucocorticoids,calcineurin phosphatase inhibitors,vitamin D3 derivatives,and so on.Although these external drugs can obtain a certain effect in a short period of time,However,there are some disadvantages,such as not being able to use in a large area,easy to relapse after drug withdrawal,obvious local stimulation and so on.External treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine in psoriasis always pays attention to the combination of the whole and the part,it can be used in large area,mild and effective.So,it has a very broad development prospect in the treatment of psoriasis.Professor Duan Xingwu,based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the pharmacological research of modern Chinese medicine,combined with decades of clinical experience in the treatment of psoriasis,carefully developed a pure Chinese herbal ointment based on vaseline for the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.Its main functions are clearing away heat and toxin,cooling blood and eliminating spots,activating blood and removing stasis,From the perspective of modern pharmacology research,the drugs used in diyuqingbi ointment have different degrees of anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,inhibition of excessive proliferation of keratinocytes,improvement of hemorheology index and other therapeutic effects on psoriasis.In the early stage of the research group,clinical trials have been carried out to preliminarily confirm the effectiveness of diyuqingqi ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(the treatment group was self-made diyuqingbi cream,the control group was cream matrix,after 4 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the two groups were 81.81%and 40%).Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of diyuqingbi ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and to explore the characteristics and advantages of diyuqingbi ointment,so as to provide objective data and treatment experience for the further clinical application and promotion of diyuqingbi ointment.Method:In this study,patients with plaque psoriasis who met the inclusion criteia were randomly divided into two groups by the method of using randomnumber table.The experimental group was treated with Diyu Qingbi ointment,while the control group was treated with carbotriol ointment.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.Before treatment,during the second week and the fourth week of treatment,it is necessary to observe the skin lesions of the patients,evaluate the curative effect,and follow up in the fourth week after treatment to observe the recurrence rate.Results:42 subjects were included in the experiment,39 cases were finished at last,in the experimental group,one case dropped out and one case dropped out halfway,and one case in the control group dropped out,20 cases in the final experimental group and 19 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,PASI score before treatment,single symptom score of target skin lesions before treatment and pruritus score before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,PASI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,there was no significant difference in the decrease of PASI score between the two groups;After treatment,the scores of single erythema,scale and infiltration of target skin lesions in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of the scores of single erythema,scale and infiltration of target skin lesions(P>0.05);After treatment,the single area score of target skin lesions in both groups was lower than that before treatment,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of the single area score of target skin lesions.The scores of pruritus in the two groups decreased after treatment,but the improvement degree of the experimental group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total clinical effective rates of the two groups were 85%and 89.5%respectively,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);the recurrence rates of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were 20%and 26.3%,respectively,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The self-made diyuqingbi ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which is worthy of further clinical research and application.
